Andrey Smolkin
Andrey graduated from a higher educational institution with a specialisation in "Engineer Technologist of Public Catering". He began his career in 2008 and has worked in many establishments as a sous-chef and chef. Andrei has also opened several restaurants.
In 2020 he was trained at Novikov Group and started working as a chef-cheese chef. In September 2023 he was appointed head chef at the Cheesefarm restaurant in Almetyevsk.

Cheesefarm restaurant is the first project of Arkady Novikov's group of companies in Tatarstan. The interior in pleasant natural colours, comfortable furniture and bright islands of fresh green create a feeling of country tranquillity with its cosiness and carefree atmosphere, and at the same time an atmosphere of elegant comfort. Guests are welcomed with the restaurant's calling card - homemade cheeses and tasty, simple and clear dishes - without pretension or excess, but with bright, natural flavours and excellent quality. The heart of the restaurant is the wood-fired pizza oven: the pizzas are always perfect. Cheeses and desserts from Cheesefarm are available to take away from the food shop.
