Cooking came to the fore for Peter, but at the same time he broadened his culinary horizons at the Shater restaurant in this area of Chistye Prudy. Further professional development took place at De Marco around Italian cuisine.
Peter was attracted by the versatility of the cuisine and the unusual concept and was offered the opportunity to open Cheesefarm restaurant as a chef.

Arkady Novikov's family restaurant and cheese shop in Cheremushkinsky Market. The restaurant's menu includes a variety of homemade pastas, pizzas and cheese-based dishes, as well as a wide selection of meat and fish dishes.
