Alexey Rozhkov
Alexey started his career in Moscow in 2009 as a chef at the Chalet restaurant. A year later he found himself in the Novikov Group, taking a job at the Vogue Cafe.
Since 2017 Alexey worked in the kitchen of Cheesefarm as a sous chef, and two years later he moved to Gelendzhik, where he headed the kitchen of the new restaurant Cheesefarm Gelendzhik.
Now Alexey is the head chef at Cheesefarm in the Khorosho Shopping Centre.

Arkady Novikov's family restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Khorosho! shopping centre. It occupies two loft-style rooms. Cheese and pastry showcases occupy the centre of the interior. The menu offers a variety of homemade pasta, pizza, cottage cheese and egg dishes, meat and fish dishes. Breakfast is also served every morning.
