Chef of Cheesefarm restaurant in Krasnodar, comes from a third-generation cooking dynasty. Despite the fact that Arutyun only started his career in the restaurant industry at the age of 20, he became a chef in one of the restaurants of the Family Garden Group chain at the age of 24.
In the kitchen, Harutyun Abovyan gives preference to local products, balance of flavours and precise work of the team, comparable to the mechanism of a Swiss watch.
The chef has a special love for traditional Italian cuisine, which is why the Cheesefarm has been on the list of favourite restaurants of the city's discerning residents since the very first days of its opening in Krasnodar.
A special feature of the Krasnodar Cheesefarm is a full-cycle cheese-making workshop. Guests can watch the preparation of Stracciatella, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Burrata. In addition to Cheesefarm's standard dishes, the menu of the Krasnodar restaurant includes dishes typical of the Krasnodar region: mullet, sargan, flounder, baked pike-perch with mashed potatoes and poached egg.
