Evgeny Pereverzev
Born in Sayanogorsk, Krasnoyarsk region.
He received his professional training at the Krasnoyarsk Trade Institute of the SFU, specialising in catering.
In 1999 he moved to Sochi where he discovered his passion for cooking.
More than 12 years of experience in the restaurant business. Since 2009 he has worked as a sous chef at the Bangkok restaurant, and since 2017 he has led the restaurant's kitchen as a chef.
Eugene's gastronomic signature is the preservation of pure flavour, awareness and sustainability. There is a story behind every dish and a deep cultural connotation in every gastronomic image.
The restaurant is located in the centre of Krasnoyarsk on Teatralnaya Square in Riesling Group restaurant complex on the ground floor. There are four guest areas in the restaurant. The designers have given each location its own peculiarities. The zone at the entrance is a showcase of dessert and cheese specialities from the company's own production. In the hall itself there is a cheese shop - the production of the dairy product has been turned into a real show. In the 180-seat dining room, guests are greeted by an Italian wood-fired oven in a large open kitchen. The dining area is decorated in light colours with lots of wood and fresh flowers. The restaurant is flooded with natural light from panoramic windows overlooking Opera and Ballet Theatre. Special attention was paid to textures - velvety plaster walls, natural wood textures in the furniture, solid oak flooring, porcelain lamps, large textured fabrics. The guests' attention will be attracted by the abundance of live plants and original decorative elements. In summer, a cosy veranda will be at your disposal. It will be particularly pleasant to spend time with family over a hearty lunch or dinner. On the ground floor, next to the restaurant, there is a large children's play area with lots of entertainment and activities for children.
