Head Chef
Dmitry Bychkov
Dmitry is a chef with many years of experience in the kitchen and a creative approach to his craft.
Since 2010 he has worked as a chef and sous-chef in various restaurants in Moscow. He participated in the opening of Cheesefarm in Gelendzhik as a sous chef. He proved to be a creative, thoughtful and proactive employee, so in April 2022 he became the head chef of Cheesefarm restaurant in the Aviapark shopping centre. In the spring of 2024, he took up a position as a chef at Cheesefarm restaurant in the LIVE Arena.

Cheese Farm restaurant with 135 seats is located on the 2nd floor of the multifunctional entertainment centre "LIVE ARENA". The renovated, bright interior with an open kitchen will make you feel at home, and the menu offers the usual large portions of dishes prepared according to home recipes: a wide variety of pasta, pizza, cheese-based dishes of our own production, fish and meat dishes, as well as speciality desserts. A large free car park is available for restaurant guests (except on event days).
