With 20 years of experience, Andrey has become a respected chef at «Syrovarnya», bringing his passion for tradition and innovation to create delicious and unique dishes.

Syrovarnya family restaurant is located in the centre of Nizhny Novgorod. Two spacious halls and a terrace covered with greenery and flowers all year round. The restaurant's calling card is its eco-loft-style interior, with well-considered design compositions. The interior is renewed every season, which makes it stand out from other projects in the city. As for the menu, Arkady Novikov's principle remains the same - homemade and tasty food for the whole family.
