Nikolai Petrenko gained his first professional experience as a cook on a fishing vessel in the Barents Sea.
After moving to St. Petersburg, he participated in the opening of the first tavern "Yolki-palki" on Nevsky Prospekt, worked in Italian restaurants "Marcellis", "Dolce-vita".
After that in Yeysk worked as a pizzaiolo, as well as mastered the technology of bakery products, working in bakeries.
He started his professional career in Rostov in the restaurant "Aztec" (Intourist). Then he worked in the Italian restaurant "Osteria Italiano" and in the park hotel "Vysokiy Bereg".
Since 2012 he has been working as a chef at Pasta Pizza in the Bolshoi cinema, in the park-hotel Vysokiy Bereg and in Cheesefarm (from the opening in 2019).
Cheesefarm restaurant is located in the centre of Rostov-on-Don, in a historical place - Pokrovsky Square, next to the Intercession Church with its rich history. Cheesefarm is one of the projects of Novikov Group in Rostov-on-Don. It is a family restaurant with homemade Italian cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and warm service. With its own cheese production, which you can watch. The menu is based mainly on cheeses of own production. The restaurant has a summer terrace with 120 seats, surrounded by greenery and comfortable sofas. There is also a children's playground nearby.
