Irina Budylskaya is the chef of Cheesefarm restaurant, who grew up in the sunny city of Sochi. From a young age, she has been imbued with the spirit of hospitality and family values. These qualities have become the foundation of her professional approach. For Irina, a restaurant is not just a workplace, but a second home where the team becomes a large close-knit family.
Her journey in the world of gastronomy began as a bartender, where she devoted 14 years of her life. Despite her love for cooking, she decided to take on the role of a cook after working as a bartender. In just five years, she worked her way up the ranks and became the chef.
Irina's experience working in renowned restaurants such as Nino's, under the guidance of Arkady Novikov, has provided her with unique skills and an in-depth understanding of the gastronomic world. She expertly blends the traditions of Caucasian, Italian and Russian cuisine, creating dishes that are both elegant and simple.
For our chef, gastronomy is not just an art, it's also a way to share warmth and care. She genuinely believes that food brings people together and that family values make life truly meaningful. That's why the guests at Cheesefarm feel right at home: not only is delicious food always waiting for them, but there's also a special sense of comfort and friendliness.
