Zafar Jalilov
Zafar Jalilov was born and raised in Tashkent. Graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics, continued his studies at Moscow State University of Technology and Management.
Started his career in 2006 in Moscow restaurants Uzbekistan and Beloe Solntse of the Desert. After gaining experience, he tried his hand at various competitions, including one for East Pan-Asian cuisine, which he passed with distinction.

Cheesefarm is the only restaurant in Uzbekistan with a full cycle cheese production workshop. The spacious restaurant is surrounded by greenery in all seasons. The interior is divided into three zones: a covered terrace with panoramic windows, the main hall with an open kitchen and a small area on the first floor. Thanks to the successful division into small zones, the restaurant can be comfortably seated even at peak times without feeling crowded.
