Renat Nurberdyev
Born and raised in Novosibirsk.
Graduated from the Novosibirsk Technological College of Catering, then from the Agrarian Institute, specialising in catering engineering and technology.
Even at school he wanted to be a chef, but after entering the technical college he had doubts. After participating in the All-Russian Culinary Olympics in his fourth year, he discovered his potential. Since then, his whole life has been connected with the restaurant business.
After graduating from technical school, he started working as part of a team to open restaurants and rose to the position of sous-chef.
He worked in the most famous restaurants of Novosibirsk.
He was also involved in banquets, catering and gastronomic dinners.
He managed to cooperate with foreign chefs. The Italian chef Michele Brodji made the greatest contribution to the development of Renat's culinary talent. Hence his love for Italian cuisine, because Italian dishes are so versatile, yet simple and have bright flavours.
Currently, Renat continues to apply his experience and knowledge at Cheesefarm restaurant, where he is part of the Novikov Group team.
