Trademark

The commercial name «Syrovarnya» and its combined images in Russian and English for homogeneous goods are registered trademarks subject to the exclusive rights of the right holder - OOO «Syrovarnya» (INN 7730242132). These trademarks, combined images and accompanying images may be used only by the right holder and persons who have obtained the right to use them in accordance with the procedure established by law. Unauthorised use of trademarks owned by OOO «SYROVARNYA» will be prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Pursuant to Art. 1484, Art. 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the right holder of a trademark has the exclusive right to use the trademark in any manner that does not violate the law, which provides for the prohibition of using, without the consent of the right holder, designations similar to the trademark in relation to the services for the individualisation of which the trademark is registered. The use of a trademark without the consent of the right holder is illegal and results in liability. Actions for illegal use of a trademark are subject to civil liability in accordance with Article 1515 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, administrative liability in accordance with Article 14.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, and criminal liability in accordance with Article 180 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 1515 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the right holder is also entitled to claim damages in the amount of 10,000.00 (ten thousand) roubles to 5,000,000.00 (five million) roubles.
