Dmitry Savinkov started his career in the legendary Armenian restaurant on B. Nikitskaya Street ''Stariy Phaeton''. Dmitry also learnt the basics of French, Russian, Siberian and Italian cuisine. He worked under such famous chefs as Thierry Mon, Patrick McConnel, Olga Ladzina, Vladimir Mukhin and Mariano Valerio. Then, of course, he went to the heart of Italy. It was at the restaurant Luciano that Dmitry realised that the best thing about being a chef is the freedom to use your imagination.
Now I have found my place in a restaurant with the spirit of an Italian village Cheesefarm, where I can develop my skills, share my knowledge and support the concept of a restaurant with incredibly delicious food!
