Alexei researches the regional cuisine of Russia and knows more than 50 recipes for borsch, which he is writing a book about. He runs his own blog and takes part in various TV shows: 'Zvezdnaya Kukhnya', 'Bolshoy Kash', 'Dobroe Utro', 'Utro Rossii' and others.
He is a brand chef at Cheesefarm restaurants: VDNKh, Arkhangelskoye Outlet, Zhulebino, Mitino and Pokrovskoye Outlet.
