He discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 13, thanks to his innate talent. At the age of 19, he landed a job as a sous-chef and by 21 he had taken over as chef.
His research into the regional cuisine of Russia has led him to create over 50 unique borscht recipes, which he hopes to share with the world through his upcoming book.
As a prominent figure in the culinary world, Alexey runs his own blog and has participated in various television shows such as «Zvezdnaya Kukhnya», «Bolshoy Kash», «Dobroe Utro» and «Utro Rossii».
He has also served as the moderator for events such as Day of Russia at the Gazprom Arena in 2023 and the Legend Culinary Olympiad in 2022 and 2023.
Alex's expertise extends beyond his own ventures, as he has spoken at various professional events such as «Pir», «Legend», «Zavrak chefa» and «Chefs Team Fest». His dedication to his craft has earned him a bronze medal in the qualifying championship - «Chef a la Russe».
Currently, Alex is the brand chef for several Syrovarnya restaurants: Vnukovo Outlet, VDNKh, Arkhangelskoye Outlet, Zhulebino, Mitino and Pokrovskoye Outlet.
