Vasily Melnikov

Even as a child Vasily immediately decided that he wanted to become a chef. After school, he did not hesitate to train in the profession and became a holder of the Senior Catering Technician Diploma.

Thanks to his ambitious character and successful studies, Vasily immediately gets a position as a cook at Cheesefarm Usachevsky.

Having gained excellent experience, he moved to the Sakhalin restaurant and was even more inspired by his work. His next job as sous chef was at Cheesefarm in DEPO, where Vasily worked for a year. After that, he left to open a Cheesefarm  franchise in Gelendzhik as a senior sous chef.

After returning to Moscow, he worked for a long time as a chef at Cheesefarm, and then took part in the opening of the Magadan restaurant as a chef. In the spring of 2024, Vasily headed the kitchen at Cheesefarm restaurant on the first floor of Moscow's Aviapark shopping mall.
