Since childhood, Artyom has been fascinated by cooking, thanks to his mother who has been a great inspiration. When he was 15, he decided to pursue the passion and enrolled in a cooking school. There, discovered the wonderful world of flavors. After working at the Crab House, Artyom realized that cooking is not just a job, but a calling.
After graduation from the school, started working at Yakitoria. In five years, he rose to sous chef. Working on two new restaurant openings, Jan Primus and Dikiy Ris, helped him to gain experience in both kitchen management and team leadership.
From 2010 onwards, he has worked as a chef in various establishments, including Gin-no-taki, Svarnya and Posle zavtraka. In each of these places, Artyom has the opportunity to put the culinary skills to the test and bring his own unique ideas to life. At Syrovarnya, where chef joined based on a referral, Artyom found a great inspiration in the open concept kitchen and interaction with guests. Cooking allows him to express himself and share his love for food.
