Vitaly's career began at the age of 22 in Bryansk as a hot shop chef at the Birkhov restaurant, then he worked at the Sochi restaurant and hotel complex and became a sous-chef.
After moving to Moscow, he worked at the Savoy Hotel on Kuznetsky Most as a cook and then became a sous-chef.
As a sous-chef, Vitaly worked in the restaurants Romanov Bar, La Prima, Tsarskaya Okhota and Ishak. In addition, he was involved in roadshows and banquets, opened cafes, developed menus and participated in the creation of the kitchen from scratch.
His first big experience of working as a chef took place in the restaurant Svarnya. At that moment Vitaly realised that this was exactly a golden opportunity for him.
