Alexander was born in Lugansk and spent his childhood and youth in Chukotka, where his family moved when he was three years old. From a young age, he had a passion for cooking, thanks to his developed taste and sense of smell. He loved cooking and found it to be an interesting activity.
During his studies at the National Business Institute in Moscow, Alexander took accelerated cooking courses and began working as a chef at a restaurant during his summer holidays. This experience shaped his future career path and determined his profession.
After graduating from the Moscow Cooperate Technical College with a degree in fifth-class cook, Alexander started his professional journey at the Michelin-rated Pushkin restaurant. Here, he gained valuable knowledge and had the opportunity to grow professionally. He also worked as a consultant in restaurant management, assisting with the opening of new establishments and training kitchen staff.
In the fall of 2024, Alexander was offered a position as a member of the team at Cheesefarm restaurant, and he accepted the opportunity with gratitude. He understands that this is a valuable experience and a chance to explore a new aspect of the restaurant industry and his career.
