Sergey Grakhantsev
Sergey Grakhantsev was born and grew up in Kazan. At the age of six, he became fascinated by volleyball and cooking at the same time. He excelled both in sport and in the kitchen. At the age of 16, the desire to please with deliciously cooked food took over and became a way of life.
He trained as a chef-technologist and started working in the field right after his first course. He was a chef during his military service in the army. After that he worked in the best restaurants of Kazan and successfully proved himself in the historical places of Tatarstan. He mastered the subtleties of the art of cooking, studied the cuisines of the world - European, Russian, Tatar.
He has been in the business for over 10 years, is a brilliant cook and continues to hone his skills as a chef at Cheesefarm restaurant in St Petersburg.
