My love of haute cuisine began when I was a child. While my parents were away, I did my first experiments.
I consider my grandmother to be my first important mentor. It was she who instilled in me the «on my conscience» and «with love» approach!
After the 9th grade I decided to dedicate my life to this direction and a few years later I became the sous-chef of Leto restaurant.
My favourite dishes are pasta and sauces. I am a bit of a perfectionist in my work: I demand a lot from myself and from others.
Arkady Novikov's first restaurant in Kazan opened in a place that is a landmark for the city's residents - on the Black Lake. At Cheesefarm you feel as if you are in the countryside, but with urban comforts and an atmosphere of casual elegance, which is characteristic of all the holding's restaurants in Russia.
