Born and raised in Kerch, Republic of Crimea. Since childhood he has always been attracted to the culinary arts.
He came to work in his first restaurant without any experience, but quickly mastered the art of cooking and got an education.
He worked in many restaurants of Crimea. Then moved to Sochi, where he started his way with the restaurant Chaika, under the guidance of the Italian chef Maurizio Pecaloo he fell in love with this amazing cuisine.
He has been brand-chef of a chain of patisseries for three years.
I had always dreamed of joining Arkady Novikov's chain. And once again the dream came true.
Daniil loves the love and care that goes into selecting the best products and using them to create delicious dishes at his favourite Cheesefarm.

Restaurateur Arkady Novikov and Family Garden chain opened the first rustic restaurant - a cheese shop in the mountains in December 2021. Novikov Group team developed a menu adapted to the Caucasian mountain climate: rustic recipes, wood-fired oven, large portions, author's serving and, most importantly, authentic products combined with cheeses from their own production: Burrata, Stracciatella, Mozzarella, Scamorza, Ricotta, Caciocavallo. The designers of the restaurant were inspired by the freedom and power of the Caucasian mountains, so the panoramic windows offer a direct view of the snow-capped peaks of the mountain range and the European courtyards of Krasnaya Polyana Resort, Marriott Hotel and Casino. It is better to admire the resort in the warm atmosphere of Cheesefarm, sitting by the fireplace or at the open kitchen, watching the team of chefs prepare for you oven-baked Camembert, seafood bouillabaisse, lamb chops with smoked sour cream, popular Margarita pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and other delicacies, where you will feel the harmony of taste, atmosphere and relaxation and realise that... The trip to the mountains was a success!
