His interest in cooking began as a child when his grandmother, who had extensive experience as a chef, raised him from the age of 4.
He always dreamed of becoming a chef and at the age of 19 he started his career as an apprentice in a small pizzeria.
Since then he has worked in many different establishments, from pizzerias to sushi bars, gaining experience in various kitchen positions.
After working in various cafes and restaurants in Rostov-on-Don, he returned to Makhachkala.
He worked for about six months at TAO and Centrale restaurants as a sushi maker, then in the hot shop and grill, before settling down at Cheesefarm restaurant. Starting as a baker, he became a multi-talented chef, working his way up to sous chef and then head chef. From September 2023, he will officially be Chef de Cuisine at Cheesefarm Restaurant.
