Every dish in our restaurant is subject to Denis rigorous control.
He is a master of every ingredient, understands the intricacies of preparing every dish on Syrovarnya menu and carefully monitors quality, speed and, most importantly, taste.
His favourites include Gorgonzola and pear pizza, pike chops with spinach and banana brownies.

Syrovarnya now in Metropolis! Here, on the 3rd floor, our restaurant has opened its doors. A traditional welcome awaits you: a cheese shop with a wide range of cheeses from our own production, home-made dishes based on the best recipes of Italian cuisine, a cosy atmosphere surrounded by greenery, light and comfortable furniture, and our famous wood-fired oven where we bake our most fragrant pizzas.
