Vitaly Lebedev
While still a student, at the age of 22, Vitaly began his way in the restaurant industry, working as a hot shop chef at a small restaurant Pyatnitsa in his hometown of Togliatti. A year later he moved to Moscow and got a job as a chef in the de Marco restaurant chain, where he rose to the position of sous-chef.
Also as a sous-chef, Vitaly worked in the M-City café in the Afimall shopping centre. Step by step, while gaining experience, he fully mastered his profession.
The first experience of working as a chef took place when Vitaly was invited to participate in the opening of the author's Lemonniy Pyrog café, where he developed the menu. Then, as a chef, he took part in the launch of Yammy catering, worked for a long time in the Vokrug Sveta gastromarket White Rabbit family, heading the Mare-mio corner and the Fabryka Kukhni workshop.
Vitaly has extensive experience in setting up restaurants from scratch and developing menus. One of his most recent projects was the Kamchatka restaurant at Rosa Khutor in Sochi.
Vitaly has also worked extensively on roadshows, banquets and catering for artists.
He is always on the move and loves to experiment and be creative in the kitchen.
When he was offered the chance to head up the new Cheesefarm restaurant, he jumped at the chance.
Moscow City Cheesefarm is located not in the usual street retail zone of the IQ quarter, but on the first floor of the complex, which allows you to literally rise above the endless business processes, enter the atmosphere of tranquillity and instantly reboot. Now, meetings and coffee breaks in the middle of the stone jungle will be even more delicious and comfortable. The 300-square-metre space is divided into several zones: a café, a bar and the main restaurant, which can comfortably seat up to 100 guests. Each area is unique, distinctive and appealing in its own way, for any occasion: an invigorating pre-work breakfast, a business lunch with colleagues or a warm dinner at home.
