Anton Bogatyrev
The art of culinary craftsmanship is one of the many legacies that are passed down through the generations. Our esteemed chef, Anton Vasilyevich Bogatyrev, was inspired by the delectable dishes prepared by his grandmother in his childhood, observing her labors in the kitchen with great fascination.
He has been employed in a professional kitchen setting since the age of 16. In 2011, he graduated from the Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technology and Management (MGUTU).
In the past 20 years, he has ascended from the ranks of a mere cook to the exalted position of a chef. Since 2015, they have worked as a chef in various Moscow-based restaurants and have been involved in the opening of more than 5 successful new projects. They were the head chef at Zhemchuzhina Siberi restaurant in Nizhnevartovsk.
It was under the masterful leadership of Anton that the first restaurant of the Novikov Group, Cheesefarm, opened its doors in Ufa in 2021. Anton headed the kitchen of this restaurant until 2024.
Currently, Anton is the chef at Cheesefarm restaurant flagship located on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street.
