For three years he worked in the Turkish restaurant of the 5-star Mizan Hotel. He mastered almost all the secrets of Turkish and Turkmen cuisine.
From 2002 to 2012 he worked as a universal chef in the French company Bouygues.
In 2012 he moved to Russia with his family. He worked in the restaurant chain "Pronto" and in 2019 he started to work in the restaurant chain "Cheesefarm", first as a sous-chef, then as a chef.
The restaurant has its own cheese dairy. Five types of soft cheese are produced here: mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, cacciotta and ricotta. You can try them in the restaurant or buy them to take away. Cheeses are often used in the preparation of dishes. For example, they are added to all salads. For hot meals, the Cheese Farm offers rustic dishes: pasta with familiar toppings, pizza from the wood-fired oven, pan-fried dishes, cutlets, stuffed cabbage, baked chicken. Barbecues are prepared over an open fire. Sweets are the strength of the restaurant, more than ten kinds of cakes and desserts are produced here. The restaurant regularly organises gastronomic dinners, where the chef prepares dishes using seasonal products.
