Anton Shcherbakov

Anton Shcherbakov was born and raised in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

After school, he graduated as a pastry chef and immediately began his journey into the world of haute cuisine.

For three years he worked in the Turkish restaurant of the 5-star Mizan Hotel. He mastered almost all the secrets of Turkish and Turkmen cuisine.

From 2002 to 2012 he worked as a universal chef in the French company Bouygues.

In 2012 he moved to Russia with his family. He worked in the restaurant chain "Pronto" and in 2019 he started to work in the restaurant chain "Syrovarnya", first as a sous-chef, then as a chef.
