Many outstanding talents are passed down from generation to generation. The art of cooking is an example of this. Our chef, Anton Bogatyrev, was inspired as a child by his grandmother's exquisite cooking, watching her work in the kitchen.
Anton has been working in the kitchen since the age of 16.
In 2011 he graduated from Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technology and Management.
It took 20 years to go from an ordinary cook to a chef.
Since 2015 he has been working as a chef in Moscow restaurants and opened more than 5 new successful projects.
He was a brand chef at the restaurant Zhemchuzhina Siberii in Nizhnevartovsk.
Now he is the head chef of Cheesefarm restaurant in Ufa. It is under his masterful leadership that the Novikov Group restaurant conquers the most exquisite gourmets in the Bashkir capital.
The restaurant is located in the city of Ufa, in its historical, cultural and business centre, which combines business activity, entertainment and quiet, measured life. On the territory adjacent to the restaurant there is a free car park designed for the convenience of the guests of the institution.
