Alexandra Saprykina
Some people say that you can't become a chef - you have to be born as one. Alexandra Saprykina, head chef at Vladivostok Cheesefarm, has known since the age of 5 that this is her destiny. Since a young age, she has shown great enthusiasm in the kitchen, helping her mother to cook soups and bake shortbread cookies.
As she grew older, Alexandra pursued a career in management, gaining valuable skills that still help her to organize work in the kitchen today. Later, she decided to pursue his passion for cooking and enrolled in a culinary school in Vladivostok.
She started her career as a chef at the age of 19, working at Komitet restaurant. After that, she worked in several other restaurants in the city. Then she met Kuksov Group and found herself in kitchen of Cuckoo Club. Later she moved to family-owned Moloko&med restaurant, where she spent 13 years. This year is 20th anniversary for her dedication to cooking.
In free time Alexandra enjoys spending time with family and friends baking delicious treats. She loves experimenting with flavors and creating unique dishes. Every time she bakes she invites family to join for cozy meal.
Cheesefarm has recently opened its doors in the heart of the city, located in a spacious two-story building just a 5-minute walk from the central square of this Far Eastern capital. With its bright interior featuring Italian accents, this restaurant offers a unique blend of home comfort and elegance. During warmer months, visitors can enjoy an outdoor terrace on the roof of the building offering stunning views of the city's central streets and providing a perfect escape from the busy metropolis.
