Alexander Genchev

Alexander is an energetic, young, talented chef who started his career in Volgograd. For a long time he studied the features of various national dishes and gained experience in various restaurant projects.

He worked as a chef in the well-known Krasnodar chain of cafes and bakeries Khlebnye Istorii. Then there was Moscow and the georgian restaurant KhochuPuri.

Returning to Volgograd, he headed the kitchen and launched from scratch the successful project “Workshop of this city” in the “TrueCost” format.

The competition for the vacancy of chef in the famous and significant project for the city – the village restaurant Syrovarnya Volgograd – was a brilliant success!
